This activity includes stretching excercises, body postures and balancing poses to make our body flexible. In yoga the students practice several yogasans which enrich the activity sessions.
That yoga taught as part of the school day has a greater impact on the concentration, behaviour, fitness and emotional well-being of children far more so. Our mission is to empower students and teachers with yoga-inspired exercises to promote development of body-mind awareness and lifetime wellness.
